Q: How fast will the changes takes place?

A: Immediately your brain will make the changes “when” you nail the simple 3 step method that anyone can do… and that’s what I’m going to teach you how to do for yourself.

You’ll learn to self-correct, self-adjust and witness how fast your brain and body makes the changes.

Typically you can feel an increase in range of motion right away, less guarding, as well as decreased levels of pain. However, some injuries or chronic conditions may need more time to correct themselves incrementally to reinforce the immediate changes you are making.

Q: Will this help with my neck, back, hips, knees, hands, feet, leg, eyes, etc.?

A:Yes! While we can focus on a specific part, your body is a whole unit and will be treated as such. In fact, it’s not unusual to experience an improvement in a different part of your body and learn there is some improvement to be made elsewhere which you can easily do.

Q: What if I have a history of pain and compensations or am not quite sure you can help me?

A: The less of a history you have the sooner you’ll be on the road to recovery and rejuvenation. If you have a longer history of compensations and issues, then your road back may take a little longer since you are first de-compensating troubling patterns ( i.e. how you have been moving) and then you’ll be adding in a movement software update which you’ll adjust to. There may be some bugs and hiccups along the way, yet your brain will fix them as you continue improving with the process of feeling how you sense yourself as you learn to move in an improved way.

You’ll get better with practice and in no time, your brain will easily make the chemicals of relaxation to feel the comfort in the muscles… then you’ll be able to relax… you’ll just let go easily and effortlessly as if you knew how all along.

Being a skeptic is natural, especially if you’ve been living with pain long enough. I don’t want you to have to go the long road, I’ve been there and am attempting to help you not take the same course.

Q: Is this exercise?

A: Not in the traditional sense of exercise. You’ll be more focused on movement and learning how to find an easy way to sense self-corrections which integrates your ability to move more successfully and confidently.

The movements are simple and easy. I call them un-exercise since you’ll be learning how to un-do stiffness, un-lock immobility or guarding and un-learn patterns which are no longer useful.

The good news is you don’t even have to do them. You can merely imagine yourself doing the movements and your body will still benefit but most likely you’ll move and think it’s like a regular exercise. Myself, I actually mangled them initially since my focus was on doing them like exercise until I learned to do it another way, the very way you’ll quickly re-establish.

What makes this more powerful than exercise is that you are tapping into your brain’s ability to reset the muscles and create the necessary chemicals of relaxation which you’ll be able to do. With a focused approach to moving yourself probably slower and less than you would expect, you can expect to surprise yourself at what seems like your doing nothing but dinky little movements which can make such positive changes.


Q: How is this different from other exercise programs?

A: First, you are specifically targeting the process of resetting your muscles through your brain’s pathways which no other exercise program does… even stretching or strengthening exercises can’t reset your muscles like the brain process you’ll learn for yourself.

In fact, traditional stretching is harmful according to the research, so you’ll learn what healthy vertebrate animals and babies naturally do to self-correct.

We can self-correct and change ourself through a cortical process which has to be specific and intentional and yet it’s available to each one of us at whatever level you currently are. So no worries, you can do this… and did it as a baby in your mother’s womb.

The name of this process is called a pandiculation where you learn how to use your muscles, feel them as accurately as you can… and then pay attention to how you let go.

When animals pandiculate, you’ll see them stretching but they are not stretching, they are tightening certain muscles along a series or chain of muscles and then they let go.

This process is at the heart of somatics exercises which anyone can learn to do on their own after you’ve had a little guidance to the simple 3 step approach you learn to master.


Q: But what I’m not quite sure if I can do this? How can you can help me?

A: You can do this.

The main reason I’m helping people re-discover this natural ability is after pursuing the elusive ability to get out of pain in my 20′s & 30′s, on one day, 3 months into working on myself with a particular focus, I actually felt a shift. The thought occurred if I can learn to do this, then anyone can… and 5 months later I was finally and thoroughly out of the woods and no longer would have to live in chronic pain.

Little did I know that 14 years later, I would have learned about biomechanics, neurophysiology, became a certified Hanna Somatic Educator and offer this kind of help online after helping people over 10 years in an office… but on that day I felt the shift, July 26 which I still celebrate as “my” coming out of the cave of pain, I realized how no one should have to take the long road so I’ll help you get out much more quickly with a system which has helped thousands of people learn for them self.


Q: If this method works so well, why hasn’t my doctor heard of it?

A: In 1680, Herman Boerhaave, the founder of clinical medicine noted that pandiculations bring the muscles to rest. In Europe, they have been working for quite some with various types of sensory-motor modalities such as this one, while Thomas Hanna, who wrote Somatics (1988) systematized pandiculations as somatics exercises and created Hanna Somatic Education.

U.S. doctors mainly look at pathologies and seem to treat muscular pain with medicine, whereas this doesn’t fix the problem. We can self-empower ourself and learn how to soothe, ease and repair our muscles & nervous system from a standpoint of self-awareness using the brain as the change agent… and many doctors are coming on board after being frustrated themselves since we all want successful outcomes in the area of health & well-being.
