How a Personal Online Session Works

In the comfort of your own home, all you need is a computer, tablet or smart phone.

You'll receive a private and secure link via email.  All you do is press on the link at the appointment time and that will connect my computer to your device.  Then we'll be able to see each other face to face.

Step 1

Prior to our meeting, you'll be sent an email link to fill out an online form.  This will help me get to know you a little better so I can ask further questions if necessary.

Step 2

We'll talk about your health history and personal circumstances so we both know what goals and results you want.

Step 3

You'll get a postural evaluation to determine any compensations, holding patterns or predominate bodily clues.  Then I'll show you what I see so you can see it too.

If needed, we'll do a walking analysis.

Step 4

Tension Check. You'll be asked to do some movements so I can see how your body responds.  Your feedback on what you feel/sense helps us both.

Step 5

All the above gives us a Starting Point to determine where to jump start the brain-body connection to feeling better.

Step 6

Next, you will down.  Where I will safely guide you as to what to do to feel how your body responds and how you can self-adjust and release tension, stiffness or pain.

You will learn how to change your nervous system's response so you can move with greater ease, comfort, awareness and cohesion.

You'll know exactly what to dohow to do them and when or how often.

This will provide you with a custom set of movement combinations, tailored to fit your needs.

Step 7 On Your Own

You will receive an audio recording of your personal set of movements so you can practice at home.  You will know exactly what to do and where to start.

  • q-iconWhat equipment do I need?

    Just you and a computer, tablet, or even a smart phone.

  • q-iconHow much space do I need?

    You need enough space so I can see you standing and lying down either on the floor or in bed.

  • q-iconWhat do I need to wear?

    Whatever you are most comfortable in.

    When we do the postural assessment, ideally I’d like to be able to see your bare feet and knees.

  • q-iconWhat if I'm not that good with technology?

    No worries.  The hardest part is actually figuring out the space you need.  The cameras on electronic devices are usually pretty good.  Adequate lighting will help since it’s mostly about me seeing you.  And we’ll take the necessary time so I’ll be able to see you stand, walk and move around.

  • q-iconHow long is a session?

    Generally, an initial session can be 60-75 minutes long or longer depending upon your circumstances and any tech-ups ; ) that may occur.

    Rest assured, we’ll have ample time.

    These sessions are done in a non-hurried manner so your brain and body can incorporate and integrate what your are feeling and learning.

    I’ll record your movement session and then send the audio recording back to you.

    This way you’ll know how often, what and how to do it specifically for you.
